Etams Storecard

Whilst having a clear-out I came across an old Etams storecard statement.
It doesn't say PPI but there is and addistional charge labelled 'Account Cover'
Any ideas if this is PPI and if so who would I write to to claim this back (the statement is 2003 but still has a balance. I know this was paid in full in about 2005)
Thanks

    Hi there

    Its worth a try.
On the back of the statement, there should be an address, maybe for example GE Money or GE bank, if its these, then they will forward to my understanding Santander who deals with their complaints on their behalf.

If there is a tel number, give them a ring and ask about what this cover is for.;) Did you say its still active?

  • Hi glimmerofhope, I had an Etams Store Card when I was a student and was definitely mis-sold PPI but I am having problems submitting a complaint as I have no contact details to send it to. Could you help? Thanks.

Do you have any statements for this account?
The address is on the back, but they will forward to Santander from what I am aware of, so you could do this too as well if you want to, details below, good luck. With you being a full time student tell them it was worthless to you.;)
