well done pigpen you're doing well, will have a sneaky peak at tomorrows list, How long have you got until baby time hun? Been ages since I've had a chance to catch up with you.0

oooh nooo not the dreaded bedroom, mine is more than a little bit messy definitely one of my rooms of doom! Mind you I guess it is as good a place to start as any!0

Played tonight, which was fun as always - but managed to leave my iPod behind. Luckily, one of the others spotted it and realised it had to be mine (purple with purple skull candy headphones) and is looking after it for me until next week. Hope he doesn't hook it up to see what's on it. The poor, jazz loving little soul may have his tender ears melted by Archive, the Jam, the Who, Queens of the Stone Age, Pink Floyd, Rose Royce, Bill Withers, Marvin Gaye and a whole lot of other things which certainly aren't jazz!
Minion has been presented with a letter from school informing me she has a compulsory school trip on Thursday and that I had to sign a form saying she was fit, well and healthy enough to take part in all activities. Oh, and pay them £8.50 immediately.
They got the consent form signed with an addendum giving details of what she has done and how she needs level surfaces and a rest from prolonged walking and standing. And the 'I enclose...' bit crossed through rather - firmly.
Oh, and the cervical cancer vaccine permission slip - which was shoved in my face with a 'You've GOT to sign THIS' from Minion. She is very keen to have it done - if I said no, I suspect she would have found out (having overheard discussions of Gillick competency when younger) how to get it done herself.
Just about to check for any horror left elsewhere in the house - but I think the large eight legged alien scooting past Minion earlier has distracted her and the splats from wreaking havoc.
Oh, I forgot - combed the lawn (raked out the thatch) and put some washing away (not all, but so what?), along with putting on a towel load at 3 million degrees.I could dream to wide extremes, I could do or die: I could yawn and be withdrawn and watch the world go by.Yup you are officially Rock n Roll0 -

Morning fellow flyers
Thank you to FCC for the lists et al, I’m a bit late joining in but I’m here
No sign of the breakfast birds at the moment, it might be too early for them. I know the doves and Woody are late risers around here, for some strange reason. Had a great tit in the garden the other day, he was having a lovely feast on something in the garden veg plot. I am waiting for my robin to make a meal of the sambucca berries on my sambucca bush. Poor thing usually gets slightly squiffy and starts having a go at all sorts of things he sees, from birds to twigs..lol
I really need to keep on track this week as I have to get the house nice and tidy for the weekend when we are off on hols for a week. I also have my friend coming in to sort my cats for me and I don’t want her to come into an untidy etc house. Although not a lot can be done about the litter that the little darlings like to chuck out and see who can chuck it the furthest down the stairs..lol
I was pleased with myself yesterday as I actually managed a frog.. Now don’t all pass out in shock..lol. I cleared out a very bit hotspot by my back door in the kitchen, for some reason it was the dumping ground for carrier bags, dog food/biscuits and other stuff.. It also didn’t help that I had found our little mouse, from outside, had managed to get in and had munched through the nearly empty dog mixer back. Luckily I don’t think it was indoors for too long, although not sure how it bypassed the rodent dooda in the kitchen. Anyway I did find out how it got to the hotspot, so I put the board on the bottom of the kitchen cupboard back properly, instead of just propping it up. Just checked now and the little blighter hasn’t made any reappearance anywhere overnight, in any of the cupboards on the sink side of the kitchen. Also it looks really nice and tidy in the corner now, and everything is put away in it’s proper place and the dog mix has a proper home now – albeit in a pink enamel laundry thingy. Sure that is not what I bought it for, thought I was going to put all my laundry cleaning stuff in it, but unfortunately it just got used as a dumping ground for all sorts..
Today I want to sort out the high food cupboards and get rid of what is past sell by dates etc..and tidy up so it looks really nice and neat. Don’t worry I won’t do too much, luckily the house is looking ok so won’t need a major flying expedition on it..
JoJo love the pics of the spats, isn’t it wonderful how they just take over the place as though we put soft things down just for them
Nixie, your dogs are absolutely gorgeous – your huskies are just adorable, and Toffee is gorgeous. Isn’t it funny how dogs react differently to the furminator? My Jet absolutely loves the furminator, he practically follows me around with the flea comb when I am doing the cats, then plonks in front of me as he knows the furminator is coming out for him. Oh the joys of have a Border collie crossed with a german shepherd, he has a rather fluffy undercoat on his hind quarters..lol Better not show this pic to OH he will want Toffee as he loves Beagles so much, he reakons they have such sad eyes
Seafarers is Jinks a dog or cat, for some reason I have him down as a dog, not sure why..lol?
Bonnie-bumpkin hope everything went okay at the Jobcentre yesterday and the woman wasn’t too bad. I’m not sure but can you ask for a new advisor if your present one is upsetting you? Good luck for the interview on Friday, you will have all the flyladies there with you encouraging you.
Sequeena he is absolutely gorgeous, thank you for sharing with us.
LW, what a lovely card. I am sure Mr Wolf will be so chuffed with it..:T
I do love the less busy cards when they are handmade - I love doing cards with decoupage, although must admit I haven’t done any for a while as I find it too hard to hold the precision scissors. I have compromised though and do my stitching, that way I can put it away for another day when the pain goes away. I am finding my hands are getting rather claw like at the moment as it hurts to bend my fingers. Keep forgetting that when the weather changes it affects the ME, have had really flexible fingers all holiday it’s a shock to the system when they start hurting..
Wow Piggers, is it near that time already? It doesn’t seem like yesterday when you was telling us about Dot..where does the time go?

Morning Ladies,
Not sure what I'm doing today. Had great ideas yesterday and reeled them off to DD1 - WALK  to Dr to make appointments and drop old mags off, then down to the P.O and bank.
Then I woke up this morning remembering that XH is in court this morning and the woman from Oasis is going to phone so it looks like I'll have to hang around the house this today
Looks like the boyfriendish is avoiding me even though he said yesterday that he wasn'tseems to only go online when he knows I won't be.
Going to try not to dwell on it as it'll only make my mood worse.
My bedroom isn't too bad at the mo so shouldn't take long although I won't sort my box of carp 'til DD1 is home or nothing will get chucked :rotfl:
I think I might start this years Christmas gifts today. As my aunts say I shouldn't buy for them but they still buy for me and my daughters we now do homemade gifts, the girls made calendars when they were little, we've done snowman soup, dustpan cookies. This year I'm knitting pound coin holder keyrings which we'll put with magnetic shopping lists and maybe a material bag, whether I make the bags remains to be seen  could just buy some from Primark for £1.50 each
