I dont, and cant even contemplate flying.
Are there any companies who do packages to Sweden by land please.
And are there any ice hotels (for weddings) closer than this
(to England)

You could drive, it would take a couple of days, assuming you do not drive too long each day! there are others e.g. norway and finland but will still take just as long0 -
I went up there by train many years ago when I was inter-railing round Europe. Think I got a sleeper from Stockholm.
Depending where in the UK you live, you could either get the Eurostar to Brussels then train to Copenhagen, Stockholm and up to Kiruna, or if you live in the north, get the Newcastle-Gothenburg ferry then onto Stockholm and up. There may be better routes, I went over 20 years ago...0 -
Yes, I live in the north, the newcastle Gothenberg sounds good, I'll look into that one. Thanks againmake the most of it, we are only here for the weekend.

Apologies I've misled you - it seems DFDS stopped the Newcastle-Gothenburg route a few years ago:( Pity as we used it a few times and it was an excellent way to get to Sweden.

Looks like the best you can do from the north is go from Newcastle or Hull to Holland and then up from there, either that or take a big diversion via Harwich to Esjberg in Denmark, then Copenhagen-Stockholm, or via London and Eurostar etc.0
