Excuse me, but my "wealth" was earned and invested in my BTL property! Jealousy is a terrible thing, it eats you up and makes you a very bitter person.
Let us not rise to B Blank's stupid taunts and wreck this thread for the OP, who has genuine questions and will not wish to see this going off onto a tangent of silly arguments about morality of being a LL!0 -

SO you would never consider the moral obligations of what you do? I view the moral implications of all my actions, and particularly one as big as becoming a btl LL.I am not a financial expert, and the post above is merely my opinion.:j0 -
