which gluten, wheat free pasta?

I find that the Dove's farm one is the tastiest and when I feed it to other people they don't notice the difference. I find the trick with all GF free pasta is not to cook it for too long and rinse with hot water to remove some of the stickiness. HTH

Tesco Free From is most suitable for my son and myself. I dont cook it for hubby as it is expensive and he doesnt need G/F so i cook a seperate pan for him. its not that hard to have 2 pans on the go and washing up is just one extra pan.

i'm going to use the asda one - is it nice ?

I am not trying to cut out wheat, just lower my intake .. cause I was having too much - 6 pieces of bread .... pasta ... and crackers - looking now to get wheat free pasta + I already have 50% oat bread !!

I often feel bloated and ill + my skin is affected I think - going to eliminate as much wheat as possible to see if my symptoms will improve!!

too much of something is never good anyway

Husbands a coeliac and he prefers the Tesco free from penne, just be careful you don't overcook it as it goes to mush
