I have the Hangaway which is similar. I think I love it so much I'd save it in a fire

It's a slightly different model, but currently on mine I have 4 or 5 hangers on each of the three arms from a full wash load of tops. It will take a couple of days to dry as I don't have the heating on and it's a little fuller than I would normally have it.0 -
this one is fantastic

very cheap to run and you can get clothes away quickly
I also have a hangaway, which is always up. Doesn`t hold a lot if drying for a family but brilliant for hanging after ironing0 -

ZipA little nonsense now and then is relished by the wisest men

We have 2 of these and another smaller drier aswell as a pulley. there are 7 of us in the house so we do 2 washings a day , but more when bedding and towels need done.
I only try to use my tumble drier for bedding and towels when the weather is terrible.Que Sera, Sera0 -

I put the washing on it at night and leave it on for about 7 hrs and it's almost too dry to iron in the morning. Great for all the undies and socks that take days inside in the winter.
It's another way of keeping off the heating too. I used to need the radiators on to dry stuff as much as anything but we can manage a bit longer now with cardies, blankets and the heated airer.
I too have a plug in heated airer and really it costs pennies to run will help keep room warm too great in the winter for jeans and thick stuff ! drying washing been much faster i sometimes found if jeans dried too slowly they lose their fresh smell from washing in the first place !!0 -

I might be wrong but I thought this was a pretty good buy, £4.50 for a 3 tier clothes airer
by the way, I always worry about drying washing indoors (on airers, radiators etc) can make your house damp... is this the case, or would getting a dehumidifer combat it do you think?0
