I dont know if its by accident or design cos of the recent overloads martin was on about the other day, but it offers up far more acurate search results
I don't know if that's because the option didn't exist before or if they've changed the default.
As said above, it is available only from the Advanced Search here0 -

If you click on the search button, then advanced search its down at the bottom left hand corner of the "box" that comes up
