Quick Note from Martin: Just thought it was worth saying I received a note from someone with a son that is coelieac saying "things like this are a godsend to us in finding new and enjoyable food" and wanting to say that can those without such needs be careful not to deprive genuine requests.

I think most of the companies that supply gluten-free foods give out free samples.
Go to: www.coeliac.org.uk and click on links and then click on G-F manufacturers for a list.0 -

BTW the tastiest and cheapest gluten-free cakes/biscuits are made by a company in Hull! In fact they are so tasty that I actually prefer them to to ordinary cakes and biscuits!0

on the subject of gluten free, has any coeliac found any decent tasting bread yet? I'm fed up of trying them all to find something edible!

It is a range of Gluten free foods for people with coeliac disease or other gluten intolerances:wave: In my new basket: A slightly whiffy blanket; Racy’s 2nd favorite jumper; remains of a slipper; 2 sticks (1 chewed); bouncy ball collection (4); Racy’s iPod :shhh: and a large sock (found under Racy's bed)0
