I am some advice for a more suitable sound system for a laptop/digital projector setup used for presentations for a small group of people in a small hall.
I completely overlooked this when I purchased the digital presentation equipment, one of the uses will probably involve dvd film type shows.
I had a quick google for something and came up with these

Do you think they are suitable? Or any other recommendations?
Thanks

If the hall has an audio system already installed then you could just hook up to that system with stereo phono to 3.5mm jack plug in your headphones socket and away you go.
The speakers look OK and 14w rms is reasonable I just don't know if they will fill the room and sound reasonable.
Ive just read a few reviews and the main complaint is the messily 50cm cable that they come with, other than that they are getting good reviews.0 -
These are well reviewed and a bit cheaper, though it's an extra box to carry around. Mine sound good and are quite loud, though I have no idea how they'll sound in a hall...
