Blackhorse Loans x3 complaints not upheld?

As per my previous posts I had three loans with BH all had PPI.
None of the complaints were upheld. I wrote back to say that I did not except their decision. Received a letter yesterday, along with all of their copies of the loan agreements.
One of the loans has not even been signed by BH and there are not dates on the form either.
Alongside this the letter from BH, states in the final paragraph that if I can provide information regarding a seperate policy I had then they will take another look at the claims!!!! Their previous letters state that they aren't being upheld..Confused or what!!!
I seem to think they are grasping a straws here, I could have provided this information back in June this year, when I asked them if they required anything else. Don't know what they're playing at.Its either yes or no!!!

Some loans have protection as a standalone plan and not integrated into the loan.I seem to think they are grasping a straws here, I could have provided this information back in June this year, when I asked them if they required anything else. You havent stated what your complaint reasons were with each loan and what their rejection reasons were with each loan.I am an Independent Financial Adviser (IFA).
