Just got another few boxes from the Sa1e Tesco Extra, none left but said they will be restocking. Didn't work on the fish. Boyfriends dad went to the And0ver store and got 2 x 24 and one 48 pack for £6, seems to be some kind of glitch on the till thats giving the 3 for 2 and only scanning the 24 packs in as 12 packs and then giving the 48 pack as the free one, if that makes sense

I rang to ask a couple of questions (my first online shop!!) And couldn't get a code to go on!! They said that they will always substitute if they can and will charge you the same amount as you were quoted (as long as price hasn't gone up between today and tomo!!) But did say check your receipt. You can either refuse and delivery man will take it back and you'll get refund, but she said ring us and they'd sort it out.

Substitute box - you need to click on "full shopping list" in your trolley, then you can accept substitutes and add your comments (p.s this doesn't appear on tescos mobile)

Been into store today and they didn't have any, so Ordered 10 boxes and some special K bars (also not in stock!!), hopefully they will either get some in or substitute with some good things!!:T

Substitutes supposed to be gven to you the same price as the originals - if not 9as I've had happen) ring up and just tel them how much you need refunding.
Sorry have done my order so can't find the place to click for replacements but its when you go to the checkout section and they ask if you wnat it with bags etc I think.
Think its when you go to checkout - you book your slot then on next page its deivery details - if you click to show 'full basket' then this option pops up:

gutted, none in old swan, not available for delivery online (from allerton road) tried 3 different addresses within liverpool incase it made a difference - even tried a friend in wigans address as they have cats too... but nope nothing available! Oh well!
