Account Numbers

Can someone please give me advise on how to get the account numbers for my credit cards that i have had in the past. I have tried getting a credit report but this only gives me the last four digits. I opted for the cheapest option when i got my credit report, if i had paid more would i have been given the full account number?
I have download the letter template for getting a copy of my credit agreement but this also needs the account number.
Can anyone give me some advice on this matter please.
Thank you

Hi there
First of all was these taken out with your bank?
If so then call in, they will check all accounts you have taken out with them by using your bank account number.
Not all will comply with sending copies of agreements if the accounts are paid off, but they should do if the account is still active.
I assume this would be on a closed account then?
Give them as many details as possible in order for the to track down the account, and another way which is the dearer way is to request a Subject Access request (SAR), they have 40 calendar days to send copies of all data held on any of the accounts taken out with them, with a cost of £10 cheque or postal order, this may only go back to the last 6 years though, but some may hold data going back to even prior to the last 6 years.
There is a FULL SAR letter template below if you decide to want to do this, good luck.
