need help with ebay refund

hi, i have had two refunds this week one was for an item that wasnt as described and the other was for something that they had a high volume of orders for and couldnt process the order for a months time. i have recieved the refund for the latter one that went into my account within about a day but the other one hasnt gone into my account either paypal or my bank account and when i looked at it yesterday on paypal it said it should be cleared by the 9th but obviously today is the 10th im wondering why it is taking so long?

It could be the seller had no funds in their paypal and it is being funded to paypal via their bank.0
