Offer of Credit card PPI REFUND! more than thought but should i accept?!;

Hi, Have today received a very large offer of PPI refund (double what expecting!). Now, not wishing to be greedy as obviously I am THRILLED with this, should I accept this as a first offer? The credit card (Tesco) have worked this figure out by going back as far as they can, to 2003. They have said that if I can provide evidence previous to this, they will review the offer. I cannot provide this, and as I said I am totally overjoyed with this offer, so should I just accept and celebrate! Or, as I keep hearing, decline the first offer and push for more?
