NPower £60 rebate for DD

Just realised that is been over a year since I signed up with nPower for both Gas and Electric. At the time was promised a £60 rebate for paying by direct debit. Not yet recieved it

Has anyone actually got their rebate and if so when and how ?

hi i have had it once been with them for just over i year. i had to phone them up to ask them about it. it was then credited on my next bill

If you have dual fuel with them (which you obviously do if you are expecting £60 credit) then it will/should appear on your electricity bill (look carefully, it's easy to miss). It is possible that even though you have been with them a year, you may not have received a full year of bills yet - so either wait for your next one, or phone them to check.
