Evening
My wife booked a flight a few months ago Edin > Birm for the end of Feb...All paid etc.
Today she received an Email saying that due to flight tax's going up she needs to pay an extra £5 per flight if she wants to fly.
Can they do this?
Thanks

I have just asked exactly the same question and am eagerly awaiting an answer. I would like my money back for all flights booked (especially as I dont need them anymore and have requested a refund, only to be refused).0

need to say who the flights are with and more importantly who you booked them through.
as long as it is stated in the terms and conditions of who you booked with then yes it could be done. All posts made are simply my own opinions and are neither professional advice nor the opinions of my employers
