The other question is important too, about your wife's record and if you have any financial links?
My credit file is a mass of links due to having multiple properties and bank accounts, people i haven't even heard of im linked to, presumabley tenants, its got a lot of mistakes on it, these things do not seem to be kept pretty well in my opinion, ive started the clean up got the easy stuff off, dodgy names etc (got my score up by over 150 very easilly) theres some major stuff missing, but the fact I own several busniness and properties/bank a/c's etc with both my father and my wife has linked them completely to me.
My fathers is fine as far as i know and my wifes too, father has no idea, I am probably dragging his score down too, I doubt he even knows what a score is?
If cant remove the stuff I need someone to individual underwrite the case, but i am hoping to have at least 35%
deposit so thats got to minimise the risk surely.0
