Hi I had backed up my PC so the HD could be replaced now when i come to restore the back up every thing works except the music on the media player. i keep on getting this message;

"Windows Media Player cannot access the file. The file might be in use, you might not have access to the computer where the file is stored, or your proxy settings might not be correct."

Help please

It was and is windows 7 OS and was backed up on to an external HD
