As a talktalk broadband user I find that as long as there are no hitches it is okay but when something goes wrong they do not inform you so you can be three to four days without e-mails getting through and trying to contact them by phone is horrendous and costly sometimes not even getting through I had to use their web page and threaten changing my ISP before they telephoned to apologise for technical faults::rolleyes:
