I know this has probably been asked loads of times i have just had an offer letter from HSBC we have several debts with them and a couple are with their collection service we are paying them off via CCCS but the form they have sent just says to fill in with the bank acct we want the money paid into is it likely if i send it in to go to another bank they will pay it nowhere do they mention offsetting it against the debts we have with them?

Hi there
Well done on your offer.
So I take it you want this paid towards the debt?
On this actual account you have made a reclaim on, is this still an active or a settled account?
If settled/paid off this may be the reason why they are refunding directly to you.
Sorry If I have mis read xThe one and only "Dizzy Di"
