Could someone please help me tearing any more hair out.

I am sending text messages to people in my Contacts, after a few seconds I get a 'Call Failed' flag, not long after that I get answers to my texts so the blumming call hasnt faiiled at all.

Im a technophobe and the only thing I can see in the settings that may not be correct is in the connections settings the second one down says ORANGE MMS, should this be ORANGE SMS, unless Im completely wrong.

Iff anyone can help it would be great.

If it is a setting you can change, set it to SMS which is usual for text only messaging, check if you need to save the setting, send a text, if no change and you do not get charged for 150 calls, let Orange sort it for you

Thanks I'll give it a go.

I was having trouble this afternoon trying to set up the free for a month email and internet, half my hair went then, the person in the shop when I bought it said he had set everything up for me, he hadnt even copied the contacts over, young girl in the shop did that this aft but siad I had to sort the other out by ringing customer services, rang them and they were just as bad, anyway, i changed a setting on the offchance and it worked.

Emails were working fine yesterday but today.................

Thats the annoying part, its 12 miles away, a journey I made today,
good job I have a bus pass lol, its the blumming time that it takes really. GRRRR
