I sold an unique code on ebay what entitled the buyer to buy a pc game from an online shop. The code worked properly, but the buyer has a technical problem to play with the game. The buyer contacted them for technical support, but it seems they can't sort it out.
The buyer wants a full refund. I don't think I'm responsible for the technical issue, because what I sold it worked how it was stated. Has the buyer right, or am I right. I don't want to loose the case if the buyer open it (probably will do), and don't want to get negative feedback, but I don't want to pay the money back. Any advice?
