Our acceptance envelope had a green highlighter mark on the bottom left corner....
Did anyone else have a marking on the envelope for their return letter and what colour was it?

Mine was green and my friends, I assume that they are marks for the different teams working on the claims, however considering that the Hsbc come from Bristol and go to Salford for processing of our money I don't know

i think your getting obsesed with these green dots russabott lol,but it is bugging me too ,maybe the little green men have had there hands on them,as the lenghth of time its taken HSBC to send our figures they must have been sent from another planet
