I think it looks lovely, well presented. Good luck
  • It's lovely. Pantry plus downstairs cloaks/utility.

Minuses are no room dimensions or floor-plan. No bed in that sad-looking third bedroom. Not keen on the colour-scheme in the living-room but it's not a biggie.

Can't comment on the price as I'm not familiar with Cardiff but to a Londoner that looks dirt-cheap. How does the price compare to other properties which have sold recently in the same neighbourhood?

I agree with the colout scheme in the living room. i never liked that carpet, but never had enough money to change it.
  • Looks a lovely house and the garden is great. The only downside for me is the kitchen I would have to remove one wall of units as it looks and would feel to me claustraphobic. Apart from that well presented. Good Luck
  • Well presented and a good price for the area (I worked in Cardiff and live in Newport so Im familiar with the area). My only negatives would be I like the red chimney breast but not the blue carpet, if youre keeping the carpet then maybe change the colour of the chimney breast (cheapest option rather than changing the carpet) and the kitchen..... looks like theres no room in there at all with two full depth units each side, makes it look claustrophobic.
  • Just noticed, there are no room dimensions which is a big put off.

So, repaint that "feature wall" in another colour to tone with the carpet if you think it's deal-breaker. It really wouldn't be one for me. Not with TWO reception rooms, a pantry and downstairs cloaks/utility.

Please have your agent amend the listing to include the room-dimensions and a floor-plan. I'm sure it would make all the difference as those three bedrooms all look like doubles from the photos.
