I heard today that Samsung lost another court case against Apple regarding Samsung's new tablet that was due to come out. It looked like a great piece of kit and I'm disappointed it will probably never be allowed to go to market
What do you guys think about this?

I saw something in the paper about that today. I'm wondering if Apple has a similar-sized one in the pipeline. They always like to be first and establish a foothold, don't they? Maybe they are using the courts as way to delay Samsung. I'm not convinced it will never go into production.0

The ban is currently only in Germany. The Tab 7.7 is also included in the ruling because it infringes on the same IP. We are currently awaiting a ruling in other countries (Japan, USA etc).0
