im on the highest level of tax credits at the moment, just wanted to know how much i can earn before my payments go down? also do they go down by much?

The limits will no doubt depend on what tax credits you are receiving, but once they start to go down they do so by 41p for every £1 you earn gross.0

thanks for that, but surely there is a certain amount i can earn before i need to let them know, like say £7000 before it effects my wtc payments.0 -
I don't know, to be honest. Maybe others do.
I know that it's based on household income, so if your parter is earning then anything you earn will automatically start reducing the benefits you receive.
