Hi All, i was on jsa for 1 year then i moved in with my partner, she was claiming ESA so claimed for me! (and my New Flexible Deal search finished because of this) after 5 weeks her claim ended so i made a new claim of JSA for the two of us, as my circumstances had changed it was treated as a NEW claim not a fast track one, but they have said i am still on stage 4 ?? not sure if this can be right as is definatly classed as a new claim 6 weeks ago when i made it ! They are now trying to put me straight on to Flexible New Deal stage 4 Level!?.
So can any one tell me the rules with regarding this many thank

Since you were only off JSA for 5 weeks, I don't see why they can't put you back on stage 4.
What exactly would be your problem with that?Per Mare Per Terram0 -
