Has anyone else had trouble signing in to their RBS accounts online recently?
On several different occasions the sign-in page has told me I'm using incorrect characters on either on my password or security number when I know for sure I'm not. When I go back and re-type the same (correct) character(s) I can sign in.
I can accept that the first time around I might have input a wrong character on one or two occasions but it's happened five or six times in the last week or two.
Has this happened to anyone else?
