Can i get another account somehwere else?

Well I've currently got Halifax's basic account... (No overdraft etc) I've applied to go up to the better accounts with Halifax but been knocked back and the same with other banks, now I have had a dispute with orange over paymetn but am paying this now (does this effect my cred score) also had trouble with T Mobile in the past (Phones don't like me!) but that was all sorted as well...

Just wondering if anyone knows if I could get an account somehwere with prefferably an overdraft?
