Travel insurance help URGENT!

Hi,
My brother is going travelling on Jan 16th till May 24th and I was wondering what the cheapest (strike that WORLDWIDE CHEAPEST) travel insurance is. No dangerous sports involved! He also needs a travel adapter - it is for loads of countrys!
please can someone help me out as, as you can see jan the 16th is not that far away!
