We're looking for a good estate agent to sell our house. Have already got 2 recommendations but everyone says to get 3 ?
A house down our road was on the market for almost a YEAR  before they changed estate agents and then it sold in a couple of months. The problem is - I forgot to write down which estate agent they changed to (cos we weren't thinking of moving at the time) and I would like to find out which one it was.
Does anyone know of a website where I can get this info? (Have tried doing a search, but the only info about the estate agent that comes up is from the previous one - I guess that shows just efficient they weren't
as they lost the commission in June 2010 !)
Thanks.

If you give me postcode and approx price I can find out for you.My home is usually the House Buying, Renting and Selling Forum where I can be found trying to (sometimes unsucessfully) prove that not all Estate Agents are crooks. With 20 years experience of Sales/Lettings and having bought and sold many of my own properties I've usually got something to sayIgnore......check!0
