The Competition is operated by John Lewis Magazine a company whose registered office is at 171 Victoria Street, London SW1E 5NN (“John Lewis PLC”), with the authorisation of Burt’s Bees (Europe) Limited.

The Competition is open to aged 18 years and over, excluding employees of Burt’s Bees and Boots, their relatives (parents, grandparents, siblings, children) and agents. Participants must have a shipping address in the UK or the Republic of Ireland in order to participate in the Competition.

The Competition prize is 2 spa vouchers with a value of £250 each (the “Prize”). No cash or other alternatives will be offered. Burt’s Bees reserves the right to substitute the Prize with an alternative prize of equal or higher value. Winner and friend must arrange their own transport to and from the chosen spa.

The entry period of the Competition begins on 24th August and ends on 30th September (the “Entry Period”).

To enter the Competition, participants must answer a multiple choice questions which will allow participants who correctly answered the questions to go in to the Competition and win.

No purchase is necessary to enter the Competition. One participation is permitted per person.

Within 12 hours of the Entry Period closing, one lucky winner will be selected at random from the list of participants by an independent selector.

The winner will be notified via a private email used to enter the competition within 7 days of being selected.

If the winner’s information is not correct or does not permit the contact with the winner, then another winner will be selected at random within 7 days from the list of participants by an independent selector and the original winner will not be entitled to receive the Prize. This process will continue until a valid winner is selected.

Besides the Prize, twenty (20) runner-ups will be randomly selected and will get a goody bag of Burt’s Bees products to the value of £40 containing the 24 Hour Body Lotion collection.

The validity, interpretation and performance of this Competition shall be governed by the laws of England. The courts of England shall have exclusive jurisdiction in relation to any matters relating to the Competition.
