Stopping PPI

I have placed a compaint with Black Horse a 4 weeks ago got a letter saying recieved your complaint etc.
Can i cancel my PPI with them or do i just wait the 8 weeks and see how it pans out first of all?

If you do not need it then why go on paying for it (assuming it was not a single premium).
However, do consider carefully what would happen if you lost your job or fell ill before making a decision.0
