Orange - How do i complain?

Long story cut short,

Asked Orange to cut me off in september, and destroyed my sim card. Keep getting bills, have written to them twice (recorded delivery), and emailed executive.office@orange.co.uk twice. Still no reply, it is driving me CRAZY!!!

Any other recommendations?

Much appreciated. Thanks :)

Why have you cancelled? is the contract still in term? Have they breached the contract? Is the number cloned and you are receiving bills? Sometime cutting a story short is cutting out all the relevant facts. Probably best to lengthen it a bit....

I contacted the head office and Ofcom when we had a major issue, something similar but a few extras on top. I contacted them by telephone. Once the Ofcom people got in touch I was put in touch with the Head of Customer Service who sorted it for me. IMO no point emailing as they rarely reply, I got a reply for one of the 72 emails I sent when we first started having problems.
One day I might be more organised...........

    sorry to skimp!

basically, called to cancel, was assured it was done.

It wasn't, and am still getting bills.

They're not answering letters or emails and i'm getting fed up with it!
