Good Morning everyone.
I am new to the Forum and I am loooking forward to any help and advice you can give me.
Query number 1 is PPI claim back.
I have a couple of credit cards with this payment protection added every month but my query is the " wording "
An old card of mine, Capital 1 card says:
Payment Protection Insurance
( PPI )
My two current cards say: Payment Protection Plan
Payment Protection Cover
Can I claim for this or have the credit card companies found a loophole........:(

You can complain, if you wish to - they are the same thing.
But why do you think it was missold and when did you take it out?0 -
Hi there
Many thanks for your help and question.
I have had them for a good while now.....longer than a year.
I never asked for these payment protections, they just appear on my statements every month.
But if they are the same thing as PPI then I don't want them.

Yes they are.
You can complain that they have started debiting this without your knowledge or consent.0
