I know , but still a great price for a memory foam pillow itself even though its a back one...
Its really good , so am tempted to get some for the bed as well but am still loving my duck down pillows I haven't had for long so will continue enjoying them for bed , memory foam for back & they are really effective either way!!
I think the price of memory foam will start coming down eventually to make the pillows etc more affordable!0 -
I ordered these via the Groupon offer on 11th September and am still awaiting. I have e-mailed Clouds twice, no response, all phone contacts give a recorded message to look at the Groupon tab on their website, but that doesn't give any delivery info at all.
Has anyone received their pillows from the September 2011 offer? I am starting to think this isn't kosher.........0 -

Hi,
I redeemed my Groupon voucher on 13th Sept & heard nothing, e-mailed clouds 3 times in past 2 wks - no reply so I e-mailed Groupon & they replied yesterday suggesting I ring clouds regarding my order & surprise, surprise I have just received the pillows!!:T
I have to say though that im questioning whether they are the same quality as the original priced ones - they seem cheap to me - for starters they're a 'pinky' hue rather than white (as seen on there web site) they dont have the same texture as other memory foam pillows I have felt, and, the inside seems to be 2 pieces of foam either side & stuffing in the middle which move about!!
I do not think these are a bargain - there are better ones in B & M0 -
 I ordered 2 pillows 9 sept, I received the same email 7 and 26 oct 'This is just a courtesy email to keep you up to date with the status of your order.Your order has been processed and your pillow is due for manufacture which means it will be ready for dispatch next week.
Please bare with us during what has been an extremely busy time.
We hope you enjoy your Super Deluxe Pillow!'
26 oct fed up of waiting I phoned and emailed 'Clouds' to cancel the order. I received an email on 27 oct confirming a Paypal refund for £4.99 postage. I then found out I had to claim the rest of the refund from Groupon. I phoned them and emailed to cancel the order. Asked to send proof of cancellation which I did ie. Paypal refund for postage.
Nov 6th I emailed Groupon to find out when I might receive the refund. Nov 7th received the following email
'..the representative that you spoke to has logged the call stating that the refund will be processed once we receive an Email from Clouds Memory Foam stating that the order has been cancelled.
Can I confirm that you were also asked to Email them stating that you have requested a refund and to cancel the current order? We have Emailed them ourselves but if there were to b any issues it usually helps if the customer gets in contact too. They should then return your Email with a confirmation of cancellation which you can then forward to us (if we haven't received one yet) and we'll refund your voucher.'
I have tried to call Clouds but only get an ansafone directing to Groupon website! Emailed Groupon again but no response to date
In the meantime the pillows arrived!! They are poor quality, lumpy, not as describedie. no zip off cover and smell disgusting-cheap and nasty. There is no receipt or refund info, just 2 pillows in a clear plastic bag inside a grey plastic bag. I will NEVER use Groupon again.
I put a negative review on the 'Clouds' website but they didn't publish it
Will be contacting Paypal and Trading Standards if I don't get a refund by the end of this week.0 -
I feel sick and stupid as think I have been had over!!
I have never, ever purchased anything unless it's from a high street retailer until friends started telling me about GROUPON. My husband has been going on about getting this fantastic memory foam to help his back and there on GROUPON was a good offer. I thought it over and friends were telling me they are all above board etc etc so I took the plunge and purchased it. The GROUPON voucher for £59 I paid was through my bank and then the postage(tracking) and 2 extra memory foam pillows for £29.99&postage £6.99 was through my credit card to Clouds Memory Foam. They said to allow 14 days for delievery which is up tomorrow. BUT I would like some advice on, if I don't receive my goods(have a bad feeling) can i re-call my payments back through credit card and bank, can trading standards do anything as the telephone numbers for Clouds Memory Foam( all 3 lines) just have a recorded message and GROUPON said they will fill in a missing request form. This doesn't sound good and feel even worse now as read alot of reviews about both companies. How could I have been so stupid when I haven't got that kind of money to throw away.:embarasse0
