Quick question about redundancy.
Someone who has normally worked 30 hours one week and 29 hours the next on a continual basis, but has had 4 weeks sick in the last 12 weeks, will their redundancy payment be reduced because of the period of sickness?

Provided they have worked at the company for more than 2 years, they should still be entitled to redundancy pay at their contracted rate of pay, their period of sickness shouldn't make any difference whatsoever.0
