Car Insurance with m & s

Rang yesterday to get a price amendment to remove son from car insurance policy at the end of sept and stated several times that i just wanted a price....to see if it was worth it as he'll be home from uni again at christmas, for a few weeks.
rang again today to confirm and they said he was already taken off it.......From YESTERDAY !!!!!!!!
i most def did not ask for this just a price to see if it was worth it.anyway the person i spoke with today said they are going to listen to the tape of the phone call and ring me back !!!!
can anyone advise, as i.ve just read the most terrible reviews online about m & s car insurance !!!!!!! i have a feeling they are going to lie etc !!!!!

A couple of years ago my son had a couple of accidents and M&S were very helpfull however they are administered by BISL ( Budget ) who do seem to get very poor reviews.

Well , the guy rang me back there and confirmed by listening to my phone call from yesterday that i had just asked for a quote, so that was good......
taking him off the policy yesterday......NOT SO GOOD !!!!!!
Just by reading reviews on M & S car insurance policy.......M & S insurance......NEVER EVER AGAIN !!!!!!!!!

Let's just say the alleged quality of M&S food, is not mirrored by the insurance provider they use.

Have heard numerous complaints, mainly wriggle outs by the insurers behind the M&S product.

to be honest they were over £200 chepaer ( than the nearest quote) to get son on the policy as an additional driver.....but since then i have googled " m & s car insurance):eek::eek::eek:
