Left a property in WILL problem

Hi everyone,
My mother sister had passed away 3 years ago, in her will she had bequeathed her house to the remaining brothers and sisters in her will (My mother has a copy). she had made one of the sisters the execeter of the will.
My mother was told by her sister that she would do all the necessary repairs and then the house would be put on the market. At the time she was offered £90,000 for a quick sale but refused it saying it was worth a lot more.
This was 3 years ago, recently we have found out that during these 3 years she had allowed her son to stay in the property and that he has in fact has now bought the house from his mother. The sister in question now refuses to answer any messages or reply to anything sent to her. (The distance is to far to travel)
How would she go about finding if the property has been sold & what rights has my mother got?

It'll cost you four or five quid to get a copy of the title register and you can see who now owns the property and if it has been sold how much was paid.0 -
http://www.houseprices.co.uk/ is free to find out the latest sales on the property - you'll need to do the above if you want specific owner...0

you really do need to see a solicitor, they can do the land-registry searches etc.... the son needs to pay you your share0

her sister has responsibilties as an executor, so a lawyer needed here if indeed it has been sold or rented0
