Hi all,
Sorry if these seems a stupid question but do I need to send off a separate claim form for each loan ppi or can I just put all 6 account numbers on one form??
Thankyou Claire

Hi Claire
If they are for different companies then it will need to be one per organisation. If they are all for the same bank then personally I would do one per product as you also need to detail your reasons for being missold and they will be investigating each separate claim. I submitted 2 for Lloyds (one loan one credit card) and just put them both in the same envelope.
hope this helps

I agree with Kelly. You are making a mis-sale accusation against the person that sold it. So, chances are you used a different person each time. Different things would have been said or happened. So, by giving individual breakdowns of you reasons for complaint with each case, you stand more chance of success. Otherwise, with one complaint form, you are asking the complaints handler to believe that the same things were said with 6 different people at 6 different times. That is highly improbable.I am an Independent Financial Adviser (IFA). The comments I make are just my opinion and are for discussion purposes only. If you are complaining about PPI mis-sales, then 1 form per sale. The circumstances and sale are different for each.0
