Employer might be stopping childcare vouchers scheme

  • Well I just thought I'd come back and give you an update - if they decide to stop the scheme then they have to give me contractual notice as defined in my contract because it's a change to my terms and conditions. For me that is 4 weeks, for other people who are in our scheme they may have to give up to 6 months notice.

    They haven't decided what to do yet with regards the scheme...
  • I'll bet a £1 that they will stop it - especially when they realise they're paying for the priviledge of someone's childcare.
