MBNA rewards vs. Tesco clubcard points

hi everybody, just wondered if anyone can advise me as to which are better overall (as in worth the most in monetary value!) - MBNA rewards points, or Tesco clubcard points.

I have a MBNA (standard) credit card, and a Tesco one. I'm not eligible for any of the decent cashback cards so am trying to make the best of it, but aren't sure which of these 2 rewards better for day-to-day spending??

Telco card is batter for rewards in general, mbna points are worth 0.5 % in most cases.
If you use tecco card for some selected rewards you can save a lot more.
