Seem to be posting a lot today, probably as I seem to be getting somewhere finally with my claims.
Does anyone know if a third party company would still command there fee if a ppi win is used by a bank to payoff a balance?, ie so no cheque is actually produced.
I know that if a cheque is sent then they will claim/entitled to there % for doing there 'work'.
Thanks.

its a company called the claims guys. Haven't had any probs with them, they've been fine.
Just I didn't want to sign an acceptance form if the 'win' is going to pay some of an outstanding balance, receive no cheque, and then receive a bill from company asking for payment.0
