Does anyone know if working tax credits including
disabled and 50+ elements are treated in full as income for housing benefits and whether receipt of Disablity Tax Credit allows you the disability premium when working out needs allowance and applicable amounts.Cheers

Tax credits are used in full. Not sure if my system would give the disability premium but would make senseI currently manage a Housing Benefit service and have been working in Housing / council tax benefit (as was) since 2001.
