1. The prize draw opens for entries on Wednesday 7th September 2011. The closing date for entries is Wednesday 14th September 2011.
2. The prize is an all expenses paid trip to the island of Jura during the Music Festival weekend (Fri 23rd Sept – Mon 26th Sept 2011) for 2 people. Accomodation is offered on a self catering basis and available for a maximum of 3 nights arriving Friday 23rd Sept, departing Monday 26th Sept.
3. Travel costs and expenses will be covered from all UK and Ireland mainland airports only. Winners from outwith the UK and Ireland will be responsible for their own travel costs to reach the UK or Ireland.
4. Spending money to a maximum of £500 in total will be offered to the winners.
5. The prize must be taken over the Music Festival weekend dates stated above and are not transferable.
6. Accomodation comprises a maximum of 2 double bedrooms and exclusive use of the Jura Lodge during the weekend cannot be guaranteed.
7. The prize draw is open to all registered Diurachs, aged 18 or over. The prize draw excludes employees and immediate families of the promoter or anyone professionally connected with the promotion.

9. e unlimited opportunities to enter. You can enter with as many of your friends as you would like as possible travelling companions but please ensure that they are available and able to travel on the dates above.
10. To enter the promotion, the user must first register (or be already registered) as a Diurach (1st party) and must click to enter on www.isleofjura.com/musicfestival.aspx. They must also provide the name and email address of the guest they wish to travel to Jura with (2nd party). This ‘guest’ will be contacted by Jura and requested to sign up or sign in at http://www.isleofjura.com/musicfestival/friend.aspx in order to validate the entry. No entry will be deemed valid unless both the 1st and 2nd party complete the ‘click’ to enter process while logged in with their user details at the specified web pages.
11. The winner will be drawn under independent supervision and notified within 3 days of closing date. The winner must confirm whether he or she wishes to claim the prize within 3 days of receiving notification. If the winner fails to do so, the winner shall forfeit their prize and the Promoter may offer the prize to another entrant.
12. Incomplete entries or those not submitted in accordance with the entry instructions are invalid.
13. The Promoters cannot be held responsible for a breakdown in communication systems or networks that may result in an entry not being registered.
14. The winner will be given dates on which the lodge is available and the visit can only be made on these dates.
15. No alternative prizes are available.
16. Prize Winners may be required to take part in publicity.
17. By participating in this promotion, participants are deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions.
18. The Promoter reserves the right to withdraw, amend or temporarily suspend the promotion in its absolute discretion, provided that it shall not exercise this right unreasonably.
