I keep receiving an email for a set of what look like very good quality kitchen knives for just £1.99.
I keep jibbing out of completing the offer becuase it really looks like one of those 'too good to be true' jobbies. I wondered if anyone else had come across the same or a similar offer?

Where is the Freebie in the offer?0

Well I have Googled it already and have found a few sites saying they are poor quality and then some others saying it's a great deal which is why I thought I'd ask on here.
I shall mull it over I guess and do a bit more digging for opinions.
If I have posted on the wrong board Prowla then please accept my deepest apologies if I've offended you by doing so - I am fairly new to this.0 -
I bought a set a few years ago and they have been great. The postage was quite high so I think my set cost about £9 but has been well worth the money, infact I also sent for a set for my dad and his are still going strong - although I cant say if its the same set on offer now.0

Same here. I think our deal was free but postage was £7.99 or something. The set we got had 5 knives and a block, and we still use them to date, they are very good (even if they do need a good sharpening!)
I had no issues ordering, only get a few emails from them every now and then, nothing through the post0 -

I ordered a set of the five knives recently. Cost about a tenner, but they seem okay.
A tip for other purchasers: click the back button in your browser at the final purchase screen and you'll get a reduction in P&P.0 -
WoooooooHooooooo! I had been really missing this "bargain" - I wondered where it had got to:rotfl:. Seriously OP, please don't touch it with a barge pole!January GC: £64.81/£80.00

Never been "lucky" enough to be offered this for more than £1.99 (sometimes on a daily basis). It is not a special/super/amazing "deal" as they always seem to sell for £1.99. Not handled them personally but have been told they are very lightweight (which suits some people)0

i have a set of these they are good quality knives and worth the buy they are not lightweight either as mentioned above only downside is the postage which is highAlly :T0
