If you mean the CEO email address they don't seem to be responding to that one either. I sent an email to it Monday am as well as the customer care one and haven't had any response from either.

but as a rule the example for their emails are:

if you have a letter from joe bloggs at lloyds

the email will be:

joe.bloggs@lloydsbanking.com or joe.bloggs@lloydstsb.co.uk
