I put my claim in on the 10th May 11 and today got my up held letter (yee ha bum spit :T) reasons they accepted were pre existing med condion, sold as a cash back scheme, conditions not explained, cashback explanation miss-leading,policy useless if lost job:money:.
Dear Niggly
Please could I ask you to cast your informed eye over the fiqs please
Loan start Jan 2007 £27,000 + £5381.10(ppi) £32,381 total over 300 months 7.7% apr month payment £239.74.
refund of Payments £2267.15
8% interest £330.32
total is £2,597.47.
refund affecting loan
ppi policy £5,381.10 (this fiq is correct checked loan letter)
interest incurred due to ppi £1889.08
total loan reduction £7270.18
I intend to take to take the ppi payment and interest as 2 cheques ,they also give an option of all the refund coming off the outstanding balance but I want to clear my motorbike fiance.
taking the chq option
outstanding balance £30,087.54
revised loan balance £25,084.51
new monthly payment £200.08
