SMI on shared ownership property

I receive IS/HB/CTC, but still have the mortgage part of my shared ownership property to pay. Does anyone know if I can get SMI payments on a shared ownership property when I am already receiving housing benefit on the rent part.
Thanks in advance

Yes you can...:footie:
Regular savers earn 6% interest (HSBC, First Direct, M&S)
Loans cost 2.9% per year (Nationwide) = FREE money.
