hi i know this is going to sound meinal in comparison to most of the other posts but here goes anyway
i was doing my online tesco shop on tuesday morning and came across 3 free samples of kellogs all bran golden crunch it offered up to 3 boxes free per customer it stated on the basket and at checkout (and showed this in the price) that they were still infact free.
tuesday afternoon came and i have been charged full price:eek: £7.77 all together for all 3 boxes.
i just called and the lady says she will refund 1 box only and i can take the other 2 boxes back to a store for a refund, my problem is i dont live near a tesco hence the online order and it would cost more in bus fares to take them back surely they should honour the mistake as other people have had full refunds? and it did state they were free samples up to the amount of 3.
i asked her and she still says no what should i do?
i wouldnt have got 3 boxes if they wern't free and im not in a position to not get a refund.
is there something i can say to her like a legal clause where they have to refund or something?
sorry if im in the wrong section i tried my best to find it and im still a newbie on forums
happy money saving everyone xx

Not much to advise, but could this be because the deal had ended before you had them delivered? If not, you have been missold and I would suggest either ringing back or sending a shirty email0
